Formed in April of this year.
I know I haven't been paying attention, but I'm not the president of the United States. If this group is useful, why wasn't it formed at the time of the planned invasion of Iraq? Do you think the president mentioning it is just lip service to gain back some skeptical republicans? Hmmmm????

The little liberal webloggers are pretty skeptical about this group, but I don't see that they advocate an alternative. I'm probably not looking closely enough, but there is just so much junk to go through.
