So I'm going to do better. I was just updating the posts for April 2005, when thunder and lightning and before I could hit START to shut the computer down the power went off, of course. At least four times I think.
Walked down to get the truck. At the shop three days and no luck. Of course it would behave when the mechanic wants to find out what is wrong. Oh, well. The walk got a little scary, lightning and a really fierce wind, too. A nice young couple stopped to ask if I needed a ride. How cute!
I feel more relaxed about the truck though. The mechanic wants me to drive around normal next week and to report back. Another how cute!
Now I just have to finish clearing out around the hot water heater valve and see what to do there.
The only yard work I managed to get done this week was to rack up the dried needles and palm fronds. Now there is 10 times as much. Another, oh well!
